How can I help?
When teachers call, my goal is to make their work easier, not harder. I listen first—to understand the challenges in the classroom—and then help identify practical supports that fit within existing routines. I also guide teachers in how to navigate conversations with school administrators—helping them communicate needs clearly, frame solutions constructively, and build mutual understanding. Whether it’s clarifying documentation requirements, simplifying a process, or developing strategies that truly work for a specific student, I focus on turning frustration into forward motion so teachers can stay centered on what matters most: teaching and connection.
When parents reach out, I aim to bring clarity and calm to what can often feel like a complicated process. I listen to concerns, help interpret school communication, and explain what different terms, plans, and procedures really mean. I work alongside families to identify the right questions to ask and the best ways to collaborate with the school team. My goal is to ensure parents feel informed, supported, and confident as they make decisions for their child’s success. I am not an advocate; think of me as someone to bring everyone involved together for your child and their needs.
When administrators reach out, I focus on partnership and problem-solving. I help identify where systems can be streamlined, clarify compliance expectations, and offer practical strategies that support both staff and students. My role is to provide an outside perspective that strengthens internal processes—whether it’s refining special education procedures, improving communication flow, or building sustainable documentation systems. The goal is to create clarity, consistency, and confidence across every layer of the school. I work best with data, deadlines, and love complicated situations and compliance issues.
